Ichinoshin Suzuki has been representing Moonshine Skateboards both in Japan and abroad for a few years now, even climbing to the top of the WFSA’s global rankings in 2024. As such, giving him his first-ever pro model was an absolute no-brainer.
As is typically common in the ollie-centric Japanese scene, Ichinoshin’s gone for a slightly longer deck than most of the Moonshine riders; this comes in at the same length as Felix Jonsson’s deck and Nick Beaulieu’s shape for comfortable ollies, while sticking at the slightly narrower width of 7.5″ to flip that little bit easier – and, of course, meaning you can set it up with trucks like the Paris 108.
For the graphic, Moonshine’s artist “Coffee Time” combined Ichinoshin’s love of American muscle cars – specifically the original Dodge Challenger – with a gritty Tokyo backstreet vibe straight out of a street racing manga. Think Initial D, but with less cornering!
